Mouthful of Bush

So my spin is my spin--after all, I am an errant pixel, I see things differently than most. If you read this blog I believe that you too are an errant pixel. I have taken the spin out of this as much as possible and will just present you with the footage cobbled together from around the Web and the world.

This disaster is probably the third big blunder for Bush. Can’t we invoke some kind of three-strike rule? Just like in California:Three major f-ups and we take the country away from you--at least until you get our head out of your ass. So I bring you a compilation of links from the Katrina disaster just so that you know and have some record. That way, when the spin begins and this disaster is hot potatoed to some poor slub (and it might be rightfully, you remember that the ineptitude goes all the way up.

NEW YORK Accompanying her husband, former President George
H.W.Bush, on a tour of hurricane relief centers in
Houston, Barbara Bush said today, referring to the
poor who had lost everything back home and evacuated, "This is working very well for them."

Yep, Barb. That whole having to sweep up around the house is done away with. This woman raised our president. Use your own acorn or seed proverb here.NEXT!!!!

While on the tour with top administration officials from Washington, including U.S. Secretary of Labor Elaine L. Chao and U.S. Treasury Secretary John W. Snow, DeLay stopped to chat with three young boys resting on cots. The congressman likened their stay to being at camp and asked, "Now tell me the truth boys, is this kind of fun?"

They nodded yes, but looked perplexed.

(...) "You are becoming famous all over this country and even the world," he said.
